Yes. My experiences with the health center were always positive. The staff was friendly and I could almost always get an appointment the day I called. They also have free flu clinics every year for several weeks in the winter, which are SUPER important when you're living in such close proximity to so many people. Counseling services are a slightly different story. You can get one-off appointments, but if you want on-going, on-campus counseling and wait until the semester is under way before going to the center, you will probably have to join a group or be referred to someone local. Georgetown is a high-stress place, and the on-campus counselors book quickly.
