    I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about, as you've placed your question in "The Frogs" group, but you're asking about Euripides.  Aside from Aristophanes (writer of "The Frogs", a Greek Old Comedy) poking fun at Euripides in several of his plays, I'm not sure of the connection.

    Euripides wrote Greek Tragedies.  Of the three major tragic playwrights (Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides), he is considered the most modern.  This is primarily because of his treatment of women and the Gods.  He was more sympathetic to female characters and more skeptical of the Gods.
