So, you'll want to look at the beauty of Caroline's life, the beauty of Elizabeth and what she brought to the Frankensteins' life, the beauty of Henry Clerval, the beauty of Justine Moritz, the beauty of William Frankenstein, and the beauty of the mountains and surrounding nature (that's in almost every chapter). Also, Victor describes his creature as beautiful before he is brought to life, and the creature describes himself as beautiful before the DeLaceys abandon him and he swears revenge on Victor and all humankind.
Even Robert Walton describes the beauty of the surrounding ice and glaciers at the beginning of the book in his letters.
Hope this helps a little...if you will post more specific parameters for your project, I'm sure we will all be able to help a little more.
