Could someone please give me quotes from the book? If not could you give me an idea on any positive reason why 7th/8th grade should read this?

I let my friend read the book, and there is no way to get the book back intil after it is due. I am not supposed to go into detail with sexual parts.But it is due tomorrow, I am writing it now and I have to have more details and reasons.Any quote/reason would be fine I can make it work. Thank you in advance, I really appericate your help.

    I assume you are speaking about Judy Blume's novel Forever. Though the book does have heavily sexual themes, it is considered a classic, coming-of-age story about a young girl, Katherine, dealing with her first, serious relationship and how she views and values love. That being said, the book is to be valued for it's up front manner in dealing with the subject. The voice of the main character is honest and contemplative. It is easy for young people to identify with her struggles. This book is also helpful in that it addresses how overwhelmed one may feel in their first love relationship and how it is important to think carefully about life decisions and not sacrifice yourself or your values for something that may not last.
