Posted by mgould on Wednesday September 3, 2008 at 1:12 PMApproximately 45% of Fordham Lincoln Center students live on campus, with the 55% commuting from (usually) the NY metropolitan area, CT and NJ. So no, many freshman do not live on campus. Roomates are matched up based on a questionaire given out when you are granted housing (which is guaranteed for 4 years and is INCREDIBLE--the apartments are AWESOME). The questionaire is pretty good and covers a lot of things. No test will ever be perfect, but they do try to match up people who will make sense and they are great about accomodating and mediating roomate issues.
