What's the lowest SAT score I could get and still be admitted into the Fashion Institute of Technology?

I just took my SAT and got a 1450. I'm not entirely sure if this is good or not, but I'm scared if it's not good enough. Does anyone know what the lowest score is for the SAT to get into FIT?

The Scholastic Aptitude Tests are conducted by the College Board , a non-profit organization in the United States. The purpose is to admit eligible students to colleges. The test consists of 3 sections , Math, Critical Reading  and Writing and is conducted over for 3 hours and 45 minutes.

The score is on possible 200 minimum to 800 maximum. So, for 3 sections it would be 200*3=600 minimum to 800*3=2400 maximum. In each section the median score is the middle of the 200 to 800 and that is 500 or it is also the average of (200+800)/2=500 also. So, in all 3 sections the median/ average score is around 500*3 =1500. And that is the real average score recorded as seen for several years.

Besides the scores, they also award percentile ranking, indicating your relative performance with other test takers. If you are a top 10 % performer, then 90 percent of the test competed persons are below you. Score and percentile rank, put together, determine your admission eligibility.

A score of 1450 is slightly less than the over all average normally. Please check your percentile also.

An SAT exam is not always required for admission. According to the school's admission office at
    http://www.fitnyc.edu/aspx/Content.aspx?menu=FutureGlobal:FAQs:AdmissionsFAQ,
there is an alternative placement exam, depending on the major chosen:

Are SAT/ACT scores required? SAT and ACT test scores are not required for admissions purposes. They are, however, required for the Presidential Scholars Program. They are also required for placement into your English and Math classes at FIT. If you have not submitted SAT/ACT test scores to the Center for Placement, you will have to take FIT’s own placement exam.
