Posted by parkerlee on Thursday July 9, 2009 at 2:06 AMOn-campus residency maintains a 'first come, first served' policy, so if you are enrolled as a freshman, you should waste no time in applying for a place for the upcoming term. An enrollment fee is first required and if there is no present availability, you will be put on a waiting list. You must be a full-time student and thereafter maintain a minimum of 12 hours per week to maintain your resident status. Help for finding off-campus residency is offered but there is no guarantee there, either. You might want to call directly to get your information firsthand:

As for roommates, both parties must fill out a form, making a request for each other.
