Annual Grand Semi Formal Evening

Every May, a formal dance is held where students are given the opportunity to bring a date and mingle with fellow FIT students.

Graduation at Radio City Music Hall

FIT students do not graduate in the school gym, they graduate in Radio City Music Hall. Every year, there is a distinguished speaker that comes to graduation and talks to the students about life after college.

Recognition Banquet and Inaugural Dinner

Every year, there is a dinner and ceremony hosted by Student Life. This event honors faculty and students who have helped with extracurricular activities during the school year. Awards are given out, and the new officers for student government are inaugurated.

WOW Week (Week of Welcome)

This is an orientation held for incoming students in the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. The students learn about FIT through planned activities, such as a networking luncheon and “Tell It Like It Is.” (Current students meet with the incoming students to tell them what it's really like at FIT.) WOW Week is the perfect opportunity to meet other students before school starts.
