Based on The Farming of Bones, please describe and give examples/quotes on Trujillo's control of the military, censorshp, and secret police.

Apart from that, I was thinking about if there are examples/quotes that support Trujillo's greed in impoverishing citizens with his monopoly.

    In the Farming of the Bones the Generalissimo's desire was to rid the Dominican Republic of all Haitians.  He was going to war with Haiti to force them all to return to their country.  He took advantage of the weaker government that Haiti had.
