I needs quotes that show how children are raised to conform since birth (or even in schools)
and that conforming is easier than non conforming.

We see in this quote the power of schools to place students into roles - runners, jumpers, etc.  By being placed in a role, a person is doing what is expected of him and not being an individual.  Also, notice the last sentence - we dread the unfamiliar.  To be an individual is to be unfamiliar.  Thus, to conform is easier

For my quote, the page number in my version is page 53.  Not sure what version of the book you are using, but hope that helps.
