Endangered Oceans | Fully Protected Marine Reserves Will Promote Sustainable Fishing
In order to sustain threatened fish populations and protect America’s marine ecosystems, the nation must expand the number of Marine Protected Areas, especially “no-take” reserves that close ocean areas to fishing, claims David White in the following viewpoint, originally given as testimony before the President’s Commission on Ocean Policy.
