    In order to truly benefit from the assignment (and to get a more helpful response on this site), it would probably be a better idea to begin the interpretation yourself and then ask more specific questions about it. You could include a little bit about your teacher's specifications and identify specific parts you are having trouble with. If you are at a loss as to how to get started, consider some of the elements of fiction like theme, character, plot, setting, point of view, etc.
