How should I understand this quotation from "The Dubliners"? "only off of one of them"

it's a phrase used in the conversation between Corley and Lenehan. does it mean "except for one case / one girl?" and that South Circular, was it once an elegant street? I understand the girls who lived there were not interested in Corley's sexual advances except for the one mentioned -am I right? thanks in advance
