Worksheet for To Kill a Mockingbird Film

Posted by katemschultz on November 19, 2008

This chart gives students something to do while watching parts of the film version of To Kill a Mockingbird and can give you a glimpse into their active reading strategies. The students need to think about how they've picture certain elements and characters after reading about 10 chapters of the book. I then show them about 25 minutes of the movie--from the kids sneaking to the Radley place through Atticus shooting the mad dog. They then need to compare their mental image with the one on screen.
