In an effort to get my students to understand the humours and temperaments, I give them a personality profile "quiz" where they answer certain questions about themselves and it tells them whether they are sanguine, choleric, phlegmatic, or melancholy. (The only test I have is hard copy, but try searching Google for them.) This is one of the results sheets I give them though with the traits of all four listed so that they can see their "strengths" and "weaknesses". Then, when we start talking about TCT, they understand what it means when characters are called these things. Even without the Personality Profile being done, this could be given out to students as a reference.
