The Kagan system of cooperative learning is used at a variety of public, private, and charter schools. I have used various structures from its guide books in the past, but I have also found some of their tips and ideas detrimental to the classroom environment, depending on where I was at the time. Here's the question: If you have used Kagan training ideas in the classroom, which ones were they, and have you found some of their structures more effective than others? All input appreciated -- Posted by engtchr5 on Jan 10, 2009. |
