Dickinson Urban Legends

For some reason, when people think of Dickinson, they think “law school.” Dickinson does not have a law school; the adjoining Dickinson School of Law was sold to Penn State University decades ago. Dickinson is an undergrad college that offers a wide variety of academic majors and has a reputation for excellence in many fields of study.

Dickinson is sometimes referred to by outsiders as “Drinkinson.” In fact, Dickinson is not the huge party school it was in the past. We have the usual amount of partying in comparison to other schools of our size—no more, no less.
