Biff was much more angry over Willy's futile dreams because Biff had gotten over his father's petty infidelity. Biff calls Willy, "A fine troubled prince. A fine hard-working, unappreciated prince." Biff does love Willy, unlike Happy who is so similar to Willy that Willy accuses Biff of "spite" because Willy thinks Biff never got over "the woman" in Boston, but Biff had and forgives and even understands his father by saying, "This isn't your fault."
