CYRANO, CHRISTIAN a capuchin FRIAR

CYRANO:
[to the FRIAR] Hello there, new Diogenes. What are you searching for this time?
FRIAR:
I'm looking for the house of Madame—
CHRISTIAN:
Oh, make him go away!
FRIAR:
Madeleine Robin—
CHRISTIAN:
What could he want?
CYRANO:
[pointing to a street at the back] It's that way! Straight ahead!
FRIAR:
I thank you, and will pray my rosary for you.

[He goes out.]

CYRANO:
Good luck and blessings to you!
