There are only a very few requirements with regard to who can become president of the United States.  The link below shows a copy of the relevant passages.

    1.  A person must be at least 35 years of age.  Theodore Roosevelt, at 42 years of age, was the youngest person ever to become president.

    2.  They must be a natural-born US citizen.  This does not mean they must be born in the US.  John McCain, for example, was born in the Panama Canal Zone.  But because he was born to American parents, he was a natural born US citizen and was therefore eligible to become president.

    3.  They must have lived in the United States for at least 14 years.

Other than that, there are no constitutional requirements for who may become president.
