The Comedy of Errors Group
Question:
I wish to know what exactly Shakespeare wants to say in the following passage which is taken from "the comedy of errors" ? Please explain.
A wretched soul, bruised with adversity,
We bid be quiet when we hear it cry;
But were we burdened with like weight of pain,
As much or more we should ourselves complain.
