We have to choose a character from the Catcher in the Rye and design a cd cover.  I choose Phoebe. what shoud be included in the cd cover?

    Some things you might include would be:

    • a sketch of her face, including her red hair,
    • a poster for her favorite movie, The 39 Steps,
    • a spelling test on which she earned an A,
    • elephants, her favorite animal,
    • a thermometer to reference how her friend is teaching her to induce a fever,
    • a carousel to symbolize the ride she and Holden took,
    • a birthday cake with 10 candles to represent her age

    Phoebe is an interesting character whose presence in the novel allows us some insight into Holden's character.
