I need to develop a model for human risk factor in s/w development. Let me know where I can get the common organizational structure of s/w companies.
Risk management is the crucial part in the software development process. In that, I would like to develop a model for human risk factor in the software development environments. For that, I need to know the common organizational strucutures of software company and different working positions, responsibilities and problems with them. I am searching for this for 2 days. I came through the four organizational structures(Project-centered organization,Department-centered organization, Matrix organization,Product line organization). I could not get the organizational structures for any specific software companies like IBM,microsoft etc. please let me know where can I get the relevant information regarding this. Thanks.
