I agree. Knowing how to manage (be it yourself or others) is something that needs to be learned and practiced continuously to be effective. It is a process, a discipline, an activity and a career. It is not just something that can be taught. A person who wants to learn how to manage effectively must know and formulate a "technique" that he can use to carry out his tasks well. One cannot teach another person how to manage his time, his studies or work, or his life. It is something that a man has to learn on his own, and willingly do.
