I'm giving everyone a 5% pay increase, because of the principles of justice, utility, and gratitude........Of the 8 theories which one is this and can you think of more theories similar to this one?

Obviously, the many ways in which the issue has been presented justifies the pay increase.  I think that there is a role in how individuals in the position of economic power can help out their workers and subordinates through pay increases on many different levels.  This might cut into individual profit, but if this sacrifice can be made and afforded there is much to benefit on many levels, as has been demonstrated here.
