Hitler's use of oratory is well documented as being a type of propaganda and brainwashing. Hitler would give elaborate speeches where he would repeat antisemitic and Nazi doctrine over and over and over. With the repeated information, the German people came to believe and accept his poisonous and toxic sentiments. This might be linked tenuously to hypnopaedia, but the German people were not asleep when they were indoctrinated.

Brainwashing involves repeating a statement often enough to make people believe in it. This was not the method employed by Hitler. In initial period of his political career he relied on winning people o his side by his oratory and perhaps misrepresenting facts. He also relied on political manoeuvres to gain power. But once he was in power he used plain force to gain obedience and compliance to his wishes and commands.
