Welcome to the forum for our first eNotes Book Club Selection, Lord Vishnu's Love Handles by Will Clarke.

I look foward to some interesting conversations about this fast-paced, quirky sort-of spy novel.

Just ordered the book from Amazon, looking forward to it!

Picked up my copy last night! Any thoughts about organizing our discussion? Perhaps by chapter? Or would everyone prefer to read the entire book by a certain date and then dive into discussing?

I bought my copy today. I hope whoever designed the cover won some kind of award for it. It's great! Really makes you wonder what's between the covers.

To repeat Scott's question, how are we going to proceed? Want to wait a few days and see how many more people join?

How about three chapters a week?  Maybe ask Will to weigh in on Fridays or any day he feels comfortable?

I will provide at least 1-3 focused questions, and of course, anyone can prompt discussion at any time.  I am a deadline girl myself....if given an entire month, I would be apt to procrastinate til the last minute.

But that's just me.  Any votes for an entire read through and then discussion?  You thoughts, Will?

I wanna play!
I'll get a copy this weekend.
I'm open to either option: whole book then discuss or 3 chapters at a time. I'm easy.
Who's Will?
I'm Michele. Hi.

Sorry. I just figured out who Will is.
Sorry.

I'd like to see discussion after 1-3 chapters, as opposed to waiting until we're all finished with the book.  I just know I do better if I can think in small chunks and discuss small portions.  Just my two-cents! :)

Okay, all. Three chapters by next Thurs sound good?  Will contact Will and see if he can chat with us on Friday?

Btw, if you'd like to see a pic of our Distinguished Author, he is the one without the mohawk!  Oh, and the hoodie that says, "Will Clarke."

Dang! My firewall won't let me open that link. Oh well. I look forward to the discussion next week.
