Essentially, she is saying that the cameramen should be minding their own business. They are intruding on Granny's business and her "situation" and she wants to be left alone.  This parallels the suicide story because, on the bridge, the person was suffering, was emotional distraught, and was contemplating suicide... the crowd that gathered was not necessarily there for the person, but to be onlookers.  They weren't there to help whatsoever and should have been minding their own business.
