Animal Rescue Grant

Oxbow Pet Products is featuring their 6th annual animal rescue grant. For students with an interest in animals or in veterinary studies, this is a great opportunity to propose a research project that you have developed and to apply for grant funding.

Each year, several grants are awarded. For 2007, over $7,000 in grant money will be distributed to deserving organizations and students.

Grants will be awarded as such:

• $3,000 for a single specific project.

• $1,000 to a group focusing its interest on
wildlife.

• $1,000 to fund capital and operating costs.

To qualify, organizations must:

• Provide rehabilitation or rescue services to small
mammals

• Must not have won in the previous 5 years

• Submit and application by October 31
