David P. Bianco

An author, editor, and consultant, Bianco has published extensively. Among his areas of interest and expertise are advertising, direct marketing, and public relations. A Michigan resident, Bianco has an M.B.A. in marketing and an M.A. in English, both from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has authored, edited, or contributed to many reference publications, among them PR Casebook, National Directory of State Business Licensing and Regulation, and Professional and Occupational Licensing Directory.

Rick A. Cooper

A Ph.D. and expert in investment management, Cooper has lectured at Harvard University on topics such as portfolio management. He is a former associate director of the Advanced Research Center at State Street Global Advisors in Boston.

Raymond A.K. Cox

Dr. Cox is a professor of finance in the College of Business Administration at Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

Stefanie Halliday

A public librarian in Canton, Michigan, Halliday holds a masters degree from the School of Information and Library Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Marilyn M. Helms

Dr. Helms is a U.C. Foundation Professor and the George Lester Nation Professor of Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She also directs the Institute for Women Entrepreneurs at UTC, a community outreach program for new business start-ups. Holder of a D.B.A. from the University of Memphis, Helms is a certified fellow in production and inventory management (CFPIM) and certified integrated resources manager (CIRM) of the American Production and Inventory Control Society. Widely published in professional journals, Dr. Helms is the editor of the fourth edition of the Encyclopedia of Management.

Robert T. Kleiman

A professor of finance in the School of Business Administration at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, Dr. Kleiman earned his doctorate from Michigan State University.

Judith M. Nixon

A librarian at the Krannert Library of Management and Economics at Purdue University, Nixon is a frequent advisor on business reference sources, and has published articles in periodicals such as the Journal of Business and Finance Librarianship.

Paulette L. Stenzel

A professor of business law, international business, and public policy courses in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, Stenzel earned her J.D. from Wayne State University. Her current research interests include the ISO 14000 (U.S. and Mexican perspectives), doing business in Mexico, and NAFTA. She was the been the recipient of the 1998 Withrow Endowed Teaching Award, and the 1997 Richard J. Lewis Quality Award, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) at Michigan State University.

David A. Victor

Professor of management in the Owen College of Business at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Dr. Victor's areas of interest focus on international business communication issues. He has authored two books:Conflict Management: A Communication Skills Approach (co-authored) and International Business Communication. Dr. Victor was the first recipient of the Distinguished Visiting Foreign Professorship (graduate level) at the Instituto Tecnologico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.
