Sethe is not related to Paul D, so any relationship they have is not incestuous.  Beloved, the ghost daughter that Sethe killed to prevent her from returning to slavery, does try to seduce Seth, in a disturbing and consuming way("she was licked, tasted, eaten by Beloved's eyes"), which some critics relate to vampirism--she loves her so much she wants to suck the life out of her. Beloved is so intent on having her mother to herself that she seduces Paul D and eventually sends him on his way, not before, however, she becomes pregnant.
