Schaeffer Theater is supposed to be haunted by the ghost of Lavinia Schaeffer. When things go wrong or the lights flicker and doors bang open unexpectedly, this is supposed to be Lavinia at work.

Ten years ago, students used to dump their goldfish in the Puddle at the end of the year. After a while, these fish got to be several feet long, but when the school dredged the Puddle, they all died.
