What is the environment like off-campus? Do students venture off-campus frequently?

Muncie isn't the cleanest or prettiest of cities in Indiana.  But BSU's campus is absolutely stunning.  Around campus there are a lot of nice houses and a lot of student hangouts (ex. Pita Pit, Jimmy Johns, MTCup, Motinis, etc).  The "Village" is where the majority of these places are located.  In Downtown Muncie there are a lot of Bars, Pubs and Clubs.  There are also a lot of restaurants that students like to hang out at on weekends.
