In Act 2 scene 1 ..it is reported that Duke senior is as guilty as Duke Fredrick..Why? Kindly explain

In act 1,scene 3,Rosalind tells duke Frederic that,"Treason is something not inherited ".In this scene Duke Junior suddenly orders rosalind to leave the palace within ten days.When Rosalind asks him what was her fault,he tells her that she was her father's daughter.She is a traitor like her father.So,Rosalind tells that treason is something not inherited means treachery or cheating is something that is not inherited.

when duke frederick says rosalind to leave the court rosalind asks the reason then duke frederick says you are a traitor like your father. she says "treason is something not inherited" means treachery is not something which is being taken from a father to a child.........
