Does the US system violate the Hipocratic oath?

    The death penalty is a violation to the oath, as is physician assisted suicide. Depending upon your opinion on abortion, you may also believe it violates the oath. I think that giving medication to individuals without being ABSOLUTELY sure that the benefits outweight the risk is a violation of this oath. For example, doctors should make sure that children have a complete psychological examination before prescribing drugs for ADD/ADHD.
