Alfred Hitchcock appeared in all of his movies (I believe). They were all bit parts, such as a man walking behind the main characters or someone asking Hitchcock's character for directions. I might be wrong, but I think that M. Night Shamalayan has also appeared in all of his movies. He plays the largest part in Signs and Lady in the Water, but he also has bit parts in his other films.
