At what point do we learn that the boy is being raised by his uncle and aunt in Araby?

The boy's parents are never mentioned. We're told in the fifth paragraph that on Saturdays he has to help his aunt carry home her shopping bags, and in paragraph twelve that he wants his uncle's permission to go to the bazaar. We don't know what happened to his parents.
