Squealer says that the song, "Beasts of England" was a song for the rebellion and since the rebellion is over, the song is no longer needed. Instead, Napoleon has Minimus compose another song that does not encourage change and revolution, nor does it remind the animals of the reason why they rebelled in the first place. The new song praises the current leadership style indicating that the new leaders take care of the animals.
