    In the beginning of “Animal Farm,” Old Major began the revolution by telling the animals that, “humans are the enemy because they overwork the animals and treat them badly.”  The Seven Commandments were created and then later they were reduced to just one principle, which is written in bigger letters above the others - Four Legs Good, Two Legs Bad. Finally after Boxer is taken away and Squealer comes back to the farm to tell the animals that he has died in the “hospital” he states, “I will work harder” and Comrade Napoleon is always right” – maxims, he said, which every animal would do well to adopt as his own.”
