A perfect example when the language used by the pigs is a disguise for the truth comes from Squealer who specializes in propaganda.

"He is the propaganda chief for the pigs, the equivalent of the Soviet party newspaper Pravda (which means "Truth" in Russian) in Orwell's allegory."

"Squealer has an explanation for everything, including why the pigs need to drink the milk the cows produce, why the commandments of Animalism seem different, and why the "ambulance" called to take Boxer to the hospital has a sign for a horse slaughterer on its side."

"Squealer says that it has been scientifically proven that milk and apples are essential to the well-being of a pig. Even though some pigs don’t even like milk and apples, Squealer says, they eat them for the safety and the benefit of the other animals."

"He ends his argument with the threat that if the pigs fail in their duties, Jones will return. “Surely, comrades, surely there is no one among you who wants to see Jones come back?”
