America's Youth | Community Programs Can Help Youths
Growing numbers of children are being neglected, abused, and ignored. Without change, the dark specter of generational warfare could become all too real.
After two decades of study, however, I conclude that we can stop this negative trend and do a better job of nourishing this most important resource. To do otherwise would surely be a violation of our obligation to future generations.
