Although I love the school, I think they intentionally make it impossible to maintain a 3.0 the 1st year...that way you can lose your scholarship and pay full boat...just ask about Anatomy and histology...61 dropped it and a HUGE amount got d's and f's...just thinking out loud here...
Pros: beautiful campus and nice people
Cons: crappy freshman dorm (and plenty of lousy sophomore dorms too)...and the toughness of some of the classes is unrealistic
