Introduction

The Art Academy of Cincinnati, founded in 1887, is a private professional college offering B.F.A. degrees in fine art, communication arts, and art history, an associate degree in graphic design, and a master's degree in art education. In addition to regional accreditation, The Art Academy has baccalaureate program accreditation with NASAD. Collaboration with the Cincinnati Public Library is offered. Special learning facilities include a learning resource center and art gallery. The 120,000-square foot campus is in an urban area 2 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati. There are 2 buildings.
