Americans have been told that their temperatures will increase, droughts will plague the agricultural heartland, extreme high temperatures will occur much more frequently, hurricane and severe storm activity will increase, streams and rivers will dry up, sea level will rise and inundate low-lying coastal areas, wildfires will become more common, and on and on. And the culprit for this apocalypse is, as always, the buildup of the greenhouse gases.
