About the Authors: Jerry L. Hall (1946–) received his Ph.D. in 1974 from the University of Mississippi, then completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Hall is the laboratory director of the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Genetic Testing, an affiliate of the Tyler Medical Clinic.
