    I suggest that you begin your introduction by describing the function of government in society within the book.  Because the government controls technology, you should be able to explain the relationship between the government and technology.  Once you have established the government's purpose for incorporation of technological devices, you should be able to move into elaborates of particular devices and their purposes.  Consider technology in different settings, such as in the home and the workplace.  Good luck!
