About the Group: The 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) is headquartered at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. It is the only active duty U.S. Army Psychological Operations Group, and it consists of about 1,100 soldiers and 50 civilian analysts. The purpose of PSYOP is to demoralize the enemy by causing chaos among its ranks, while at the same time convince the local population to support American troops. οΎ€
