About the Author: Frank Kellogg (1856–1937) was one of the premier attorneys in the United States. As a "trustbuster," he won antitrust suits against the General Paper Company, Union Pacific Railroad, and the Standard Oil Company. In 1925, he became the U.S. secretary of state, and in 1929 he won the Nobel Peace Prize.
